SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING:

Amir H. Mozaffarian Fine Jewels offers free FedEx Priority Overnight shipping for purchases over $1,000.00 that are to be delivered within the United States. Purchases under $1,000.00 incur a flat shipping fee of $30.00. International shipping is charged based upon the destination and value. Shipments are insured up to its delivery address, that must be a street address and not a P.O. Box address. An adult signature is required by FedEx for delivery. Shipments are made Monday through Thursday. A Saturday delivery requires an additional charge. 

RETURN POLICY:

Merchandise will be accepted for refund, exchange or store credit only when accompanied by the original invoice receipt, all boxes, laboratory reports, and warranties. Merchandise may be returned for a refund to the original purchaser within 5 business days of the purchase. All sales are final after 5 days. You must inform Amir H. Mozaffarian Fine Jewels that you would like to return an item within five days of its delivery date. Amir H. Mozaffarian Fine Jewels must receive returned items within 7 days of its delivery date. Any return after seven days will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed after Amir H. Mozaffarian Fine Jewels inspects and approves the return. Items that are damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to you. Jewelry which has been worn, sized, engraved, or otherwise altered items, as well as special order, or custom designs or merchandise which has been sold as final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping costs. If the item you purchased does not arrive as described or is damaged, we will fix the issue and ensure you are satisfied with the resolution. Please notify us of any damage immediately. Insurance on the returned items will be at the buyer’s discretion. Please allow an additional 10 days for refunds to be issued to the original purchaser in the same form of payment as was received by the buyer at the time of payment.
